What these terms cover

This site is informational. There is no account to create here, nothing to buy, and no subscription to manage. These terms therefore cover the site itself and the early-access list you can join from it, and nothing more.

The Onça application at app.oncahq.com is not open to the public yet. When early access opens, using the product will require agreeing to a separate agreement covering the service, the data you connect, and payment. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to the product.

About the early-access list

• Joining is not a guarantee of access. We onboard early-access accounts in batches and by hand, and we may decline or delay any request.
• Nothing here is an offer or a price quote. Plans, features, and pricing described on this site are what we currently intend to build and charge. They may change before launch, and describing them is not a commitment to deliver them.
• Give us an address you control. Do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their say-so.
• You can leave at any time. Email us and we will remove you. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how deletion works.

Acceptable use

When using this site, do not:

• Submit the early-access form automatically, in bulk, or with details that are not yours.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or access anything you are not meant to reach.
• Place load on the site that a normal visitor would not, including scraping at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights.

If you believe you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Email hello@oncahq.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.

Our content

The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to Onca Labs LLC or our licensors, and the Onça name, logo, and marks are ours. You may read, quote, and link to this site in the ordinary way, including quoting a reasonable extract with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Documentation published under /docs is public so that people can read it, evaluate the product, and find it in search. That is an invitation to read and to link, not a transfer of ownership.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it. Their terms and their privacy practices are theirs.

No warranty

This site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that everything on it is current. Descriptions of a product that is still in early access are statements of intent rather than specifications you can rely on.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Onca Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only so far as they are permitted. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Onca Labs LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the site change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
