Business Profile, on autopilot
What it handles
- Posts, scheduled. Written and queued in advance rather than remembered on a Friday afternoon.
- Review prompts. Onça catches the moments worth asking, and flags a run of recent reviews sitting without a response.
- Hours and services. Holiday hours nobody changed, a service you now offer that is not listed, details that quietly drifted out of date.
Why local upkeep slips
Not because it is hard. Because it lives somewhere else. Business Profile is a separate login, a separate interface, and a separate mental context from whatever you were doing about your site, so it becomes a task you will get to rather than a task you do.
Onça's answer is structural rather than motivational: local work appears in the same prioritized list as content and technical work, ranked the same way. You do not go check it, it comes to you with everything else.
Ranked against everything else
Local items carry the same estimated lift and the same plain-language reason as any other row, which means they compete honestly for your time. Sometimes updating your hours is the highest-value thing available to you that morning, and a separate local tool can never tell you that, because it cannot see what else is on the table.
How rows are ranked against each other is covered in the opportunity queue.
What it needs
A Google Business Profile connected with an account that can manage the listing, not just view it. This is the one source where Onça needs more than read access, because scheduling posts and updating details is the point of it. You can disconnect at any time. See Getting started.
